First of all, when I initially took the makeup case out of the plastic wrapper, the bag was covered in white powder. (it looked like baby powder or loose translucent powder.) I almost did not go any further but I went ahead and just wiped it all down. The powder came off completely so....fine. I really like the material of the case and I love the pink color inside the bag, which is why I chose this one lol. It looks just like the images they use. Then, I spent the next hour or so sorting through all my makeup and distributing it into the bottom part of the case (no brushes yet). I made all the inserts the way I needed them and I was really happy about it. The space is great and the organizers are easy to move around. Then I moved on to the brushes section up top. There is not a lot of space up there, so if you have a ton of brushes, this may not work for you. Also, if you have even one brush with really fat, fluffy bristles (I do not, but I have one that’s close), then it may not fit at all. It was hard to close the flap over the brushes without being scared that it would smoosh them, and mine are are very normal-sized. It’s almost as if the flap was added to the bag without anyone ever checking to verify it would actually even sufficiently cover the brushes. Okay, but thennnn I went to add a couple of things in the zippered area behind the brushes, attempted to pull the zipper down and.... there was nothing to pull. -.- It was not broken, it had not fallen off... it just straight up never even existed. (I added pics of the zipper teeth for reference.) I am so disappointed because I spent so much time organizing the dang thing and now I have to take out all my organized makeup and dump it back into my old crappy bag again until I get a new one. After the whole experience, I probably will order a different one. Sigh.
